This place is a romantic boutique hotel with very friendly staff and a fantastic location just steps away from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

The room I stayed in was really nice, it had a big king bed that was super comfy. I loved chilling on the balcony and checking out the view of the patio. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach 🏖️.

The location here is fantastic! It's in a lovely area close to restaurants, bars, the beach, and a public bus stop. It's right in the heart of all the action. 🏖️

The decoration of this place is fantastic, and the staff at the reception desk are very attentive and kind.

I booked it many times and recommend. The stay here was really really nice on vacation. The hotel was set in a very central area right by restaurants, shopping and help to arrange trips and where most of the restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Soma Urban Sushi Bar.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unhelpful.

The room had a beautiful design, an amazing bed, fresh towels, and an ocean view, which I appreciated.

My wife and I recently stayed at Kimbe and we absolutely loved it. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few blocks away from shopping malls and the famous Coco Bongo. The breakfast served by Tony and his wife was amazing. The staff at Kimbe were empathetic, warm, and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk employees, especially Sergio. we had a fantastic experience at Kimbe and would highly recommend it.

The two young men (that I met) at the front desk were very personable, friendly, helpful, amusing, well groomed and good looking enough to make me wish I had been 25 years younger!! They spoke excellent English and were a great asset. Elena Ferrara, though I didn't meet her during my short 10 hour (including sleeping) stay, was very prompt, friendly and charming in all my email inquiries before I even left my country. She made me feel at home in Playa del Carmen before I even got there. The management of the hotel in all respects I found to be excellent. The room was very comfortable, pretty and clean. The lobby is beautifully designed.

The price I found to be a little high, but I was there during Easter and know it is an unusually "high" season. The shower floor had stones in it that were very hard on my feet (I may have unusually tender feet). They looked beautiful, but were uncomfortable.

The rooms were very nicely decorated and the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the beach and close to the street where all shops and restaurants are placed.

I can recommend this hotel, loved it. All the staff members are attentive and very honest. It has unbeatable and magnificent location to see Quinta Avenida. The airport is 1 km away...

It was ideal if you want to be right in the middle of it all and still have great beach access. The good vibes in this beautiful and calming boutique hotel were a standout. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite other reviews, the property was great, well organized, clean, and had a nice style with a charming garden and pool.

Would highly recommend this hotel to others.
